By making a room reservation by the guest and the oral or written acceptance of the hotel,
to put the requested room at the guest’s disposal, a deal is being concluded.
This contract obliges the hotel to put the room at the guest’s disposal as well as the guest to occupy the room.
If the guest cancels this accommodation contract from his side only, due to personal reasons,
either the agreed fee or the damage which is caused by this cancellation must be payed.
The reservation will be guaranteed after the payment of a deposit of EURO 150,00 / per person and week,
and a written confirmation from the hotel, confirming the receipt of the deposit.
